The Ginger Chef returns to his training roots on 14th June to head up a 'Hells Kitchen' style charity event. 2 teams from the catering department of City College Brighton will compete to deliver a winning feast to the college's Gallery Restaurant. Ben will be involved in mentoring the student chefs and has donated work experience in one of the Ginger venues as prize to the winner.
